These are the most scrumptious, crispy and easy to make ONION RINGS. They are Super crispy and by adding a little seasoning you take them to a next level. I usually don’t get this excited for something as simple as an Onion ring, but these truely turned out great.

Cut Onions into 1/4 inch slices and separate the onion slices into rings.
Beat egg, oil, and milk in a bowl.
Add 1 cup flour, salt, baking powder and cajun seasoning (you can use any seasoning of your choice like red chili powder, chaat masala etc)and mix until smooth.
Coat onions with flour.
Dip in batter.
Fry in hot oil until desired shade of brown.
When one side is golden turn to the other side.
