Crema catalana is a Spanish custard dessert very similar to crème brulee. Many places claim the origin of crème brulee and one of these is the Catalonia region in the Nort-East corner of Spain. That’s where this recipe of Crema Catalana comes from and is equally if not more delicious than the French counterpart. (We think it’s more delicious )
This dessert is made with milk, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, orange peel, and cornstarch. It’s easy to make and delicious.
Shoutout to a Daniel Gil Bayo for suggesting to make this amazing dessert 😀
