Take little oil on a pan. Fry the garlic for 2 mins on low heat.
Also add the desiccated coconut, roasted groundnut, sesame seeds.
Saute for 2 mins and add salt.let it cool for 5 min
Now add the roasted ingredients and the remaining ingredients in a grinder and grind until a coarse mixture is formed.
Chutney is ready. Transfer to an airtight container. You can store it up-to 15 days in refrigerator.
