Naan, nan or khamiri is a leavened, oven-baked flat bread found in the cuisines of West, Central and South Asia.
Traditionally it is made in a tandoor but it can be easily made on a tawa or oven at home. There are many variations and some recipes use eggs but I am sharing a very simple no egg recipe.
