We had just gotten Oats the previous day, and I was thinking of something different to make from them. I was emptying our dishwasher and I noticed our small appam-mould sitting in utensils cabinet, and I thought this is it. I will make Oats Idli. Turned out to be really good. It’s ‘healthy’ coz you know it’s oats, plus it’s steamed. Minimal oil. And quite tasty too.
