Me and my husband run a food blog so it’s no secret that we love food.Today being healthy is very important but when food is your passion it becomes difficult to keep your weight in check. That’s why we try to eat healthy most of the days. But healthy food doesn’t have to be all boring and that’s why we try to spice it up and make it more enjoyable. But my husband loves sweets and making that healthy, low calorie and enjoyable can be difficult. So we came up with this amazing ice cream which is easy to make, and great when you are on a diet and crave ice cream. It cannot 100% replace ice cream but it can surely subdue your craving.
The base of the ice cream is bananas, so it is also a great way to use up all those ripe bananas lying around your house. You can add anything to it and come up with interesting flavors, example coco powder for chocolate ice cream , or nuts, or green tea for green tea ice cream or strawberry for strawberry-banana ice cream. The possibilities are endless.
