As I have said in my previous posts I don’t like tofu much as it cannot absorb seasonings well. But my husband likes it, so I am always looking for ways to make it taste good. I love Chinese food and I am came across this traditional and popular Chinese recipe. It’s yummy, easy to make and quick just my kind of dish. I have used soft tofu because I personally like soft tofu but firm tofu will work better as it will be easier to cut and fry as it will not break.
