In the US, there are several small eateries, that are popular in their neighborhood for their Peruvian style of chicken. And usually, that’s the only thing they sell. Well, along with the sides, like Yuka fries, Fried plantains, coleslaw etc.
This is my take on peruvian chicken. I like this recipe because it can be made with ingredients that are easily available at home.It is served with a sauce that can you can put virtually on everything, and it even makes a fabulous dip or salad dressing.
