We get bored of the usual breakfast, so we are always looking for new recipes to try. These turkish eggs were a great find as it was not just something different but also extremely easy and quick to make. Creamy greek yogurt flavored with grated garlic, with perfectly poached egg and spiced up butter on top, I mean who wouldn’t want that for breakfast!
If you don’t have greek yogurt you can use regular yogurt. You can top it up with some fresh dill but since we didn’t have dill we used coriander instead.
